Natasha Ramos holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Communication with a specialization in Journalism from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), a postgraduate degree in Media, Information, and Culture from the Latin American Center for Culture and Communication Studies at the University of São Paulo (CELACC-USP), and a Master’s degree in Journalism at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (PPGJOR-UFSC), in the research line of Technologies, Languages, and Innovation. Since 2023, she has been a PhD candidate in the Digital Media program at NOVA University of Lisbon. She is also a researcher at the Communication Institute of NOVA (ICNOVA), the Media Innovation Observatory (Obi.Media), and the Social Observatory for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Data (OSIADD). Her research focuses on business model configurations that enable the financial sustainability of digital-born news outlets.
